Project SARATHY Chapter 4

Equipping the Special Millions (ETSM) Through Inclusive Community Outreach

At Akshadhaa Foundation, the Community Program under Project SARATHY Chapter 4 brings inclusive education and early intervention to the heart of underserved communities. Designed to reach children with autism, intellectual, and multiple disabilities, the program also supports parents, educators, frontline workers, and public systems.
In 2025–26, the project aims to directly benefit over 876 individuals across urban Bengaluru through education, therapy, and community empowerment, aligned with NEP 2020 and SDG-4 goals.

Government Collaboration & Impact

Reduce dropout rates among children with disabilities

Build inclusive classrooms that value diversity and promote equal learning

Train teachers and support staff to implement inclusive education principles in daily classroom settings

This collaboration has significantly strengthened early identification, retention, and inclusive culture within government school systems.
