Corporate Engagement

Bridging Gaps Through Meaningful Partnerships

Since 2012, Akshadhaa Foundation has actively partnered with leading corporate houses to drive impactful CSR programs, foster inclusive workspaces, and promote neurodiversity. Over the years, we have built long-standing collaborations with organizations such as ANZ Bank, SAP Labs India, BOSCH, Primavera, Ashirwad Pipes, Standard Bricks, L&T, Fidelity Capital, Deutsche Bank, State Street, Amazon, and others.

These partnerships have enabled us to implement various flagship programs under the Equip the Special Million (ETSM) initiative. The focus areas include:

Therapeutic and Educational Services

Open Employment in sectors such as Retail, Hospitality, Cafeteria Operations, and IT

Community Outreach and Government Collaboration (Govt. of Karnataka)

Vocational and Self-Employment Readiness

Our successful placements of neurodiverse trainees in companies like Amazon, RBL Bank, and other inclusive employers stand testament to the positive impact of these engagements.

CSR & Project-Based Collaborations

Through CSR-driven projects, our partners have played a vital role in sustaining and scaling our education, therapy, and livelihood models. These initiatives not only benefit individuals with neurodiverse conditions but also create systemic change at the community level.
We work closely with stakeholders to customize impactful interventions aligned with their CSR objectives and social impact goals.

Empathy Awareness Workshops

To promote a culture of inclusion, Akshadhaa Foundation conducts specialized Empathy and Inclusion Workshops across corporate levels:

Leadership Module:

Focuses on aligning corporate strategies with disability inclusion and RPwD Act 2016 guidelines.

Mid-Level Management Module:

Provides implementation frameworks for accessible and inclusive workplace design.

Employee Module:

Sensitizes coworkers to foster empathy, respect, and acceptance toward neurodiverse colleagues.

These sessions support organizations in embedding inclusion into their Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) policies and workplace culture.
